About
Billy is the Chief Technology Officer and is tasked with improving operations efficiency via technology. Before Guardian Service, he was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group where he focused on building digital tools to improve operations for clients in various industries. He also earned a PhD at Duke University where he applied machine learning to identify characteristics that could be used to classify water samples as treated or untreated. He thrives on identifying and eliminating friction in processes to improve the Guardian Service experience for our teammates and customers.
