    Insurance Sales Manager

    About the Role

    As a Sales Manager at Guardian Service, you'll lead and develop a team of licensed insurance agents who help customers find the right coverage and protection for their needs. You'll be responsible for driving production results, coaching agents to deliver exceptional performance, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.     We're looking for:

    • Experienced sales leaders with a proven record of leading high-performing teams
    • Individuals with 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within insurance or a related field
    • Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
    • A data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making
    • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
    • High energy, integrity, and a passion for helping people succeed

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents to meet and exceed production goals
    • Conduct ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback sessions to strengthen results
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve lead distribution, training, and agent performance
    • Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
    • Support agents in developing their sales and service skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
    • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing to create a seamless experience for customers
    • Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members as Guardian continues to scale

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • A passion for customer success
    • Must possess an active North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
